Vinyl - Vinyl printing is used to create simple designs like large text, logos, numbers, or basic graphics. Instead of printing, the design is cut from solid-coloured vinyl sheets and then pressed into the garment at high temperature to permanently fix them in place. Great for single-colour designs and offers unbeatable value for money.

Direct-to-film (DTF) - The latest in garment printing technology has a wide range of applications and produces a similar finish to screen printing. DTF printing offers a soft and flexible feel, which makes them comfortable to wear and touch. They are highly durable and maintain their quality even after repeated washings. The most cost-effective option where full-colour prints are required and work great on both light and dark garments.

Direct-to-garment (DTG) - DTG is a printing method that sprays ink directly onto the garment. The ink then soaks into the fibres of the garment. It's like printing on paper but on clothing. Finally, the ink is cured with heat to make the print permanent and more durable. DTG works best on 100% cotton, but cotton blends are also suitable. Great for one-off or small print runs.

DTF sheet printing service - Our direct-to-film (DTF transfers) are created with the highest quality inks and come fully cured and ready for pressing. An industrial DTF printer begins by printing the colour layer onto a heat transfer film, followed by printing the white layer on top where necessary. The transfer film is then passed through a specialised adhesive applicator and finally, an oven to cure the prints. The final product is a transfer ready for application that requires no weeding, no pre-treatment, and leaves no residue behind. We encourage you to fill the gang sheet with as many designs as you can, and make use of all the space!
