RETURNS POLICY
If you have any problems with your order or delivery just let us know, we're always here to help and will do our best to resolve any issues you may have.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item to us in its original unused condition within 30 days of receipt.
Returned items should be unused and unworn and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. We will issue a full refund on receipt, excluding the return delivery charge.
Alternatively we're happy to exchange the item for another or a different size should you wish.
LOST ITEMS
All items are shipped through Royal Mail and are not declared lost by the postal service until 28 business days after shipping. We can only offer refunds/replacements after this time.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of custom & personalised orders, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we cannot accept returns.
Please note:
Goods will only be accepted for return if they are returned within 30 days of delivery, unless we have notified you otherwise.
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a tracked delivery service and one that insures you for the value of the goods.
The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is made.
Please allow 7 business days for a refund to be processed.
